Uiterlijk 2 dagen na ontvangst van de bevestiging dient door verhuurder van de huurder een aanbetaling van 40% van de volledige huurprijs te zijn ontvangen, tenzij verhuurder en de huurder een aangepaste regeling hebben afgesproken.

De overige 60% van de te betalen huurprijs dient uiterlijk 30 dagen voor aanvang van het verblijf op de bankrekening van verhuurder te zijn voldaan, tenzij verhuurder en de huurder een aangepaste regeling hebben afgesproken.

Bij boeking op een termijn van (minder dan) 30 dagen voor verblijf dient de gehele huurprijs in zijn totaliteit te worden voldaan.

The landlord must receive a deposit of 40% of the full rental price from the tenant no later than two days after receiving the confirmation, unless the landlord and tenant have agreed otherwise.
The remaining 60% of the rental price must be paid into the landlord's bank account no later than 30 days before the start of the stay, unless the landlord and tenant have agreed otherwise.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the stay, the entire rental price must be paid in full.

El arrendador deberá recibir del inquilino un depósito equivalente al 40% del precio total del alquiler a más tardar 2 días después de recibir la confirmación, a menos que el arrendador y el inquilino hayan acordado lo contrario.
El 60% restante del precio del alquiler deberá ingresarse en la cuenta bancaria del arrendador a más tardar 30 días antes del inicio de la estancia, a menos que el arrendador y el inquilino hayan acordado lo contrario.
Para reservas realizadas con menos de 30 días de antelación a la estancia, se deberá abonar el precio total del alquiler.
